Refund policy
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED MUST BE CHECKED ON RECEIPT AND CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT, ALL ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, ANY DAMAGES OR DEFAULTS MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS.
THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT IS THE RESPONSBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER, ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED VIA TRACKED COURIER FOR PROOF OF DELIVERY.
ANY REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ITEMS BEING RECIEVED GIVEN THE ITEMS ARE STILL IN THE SAME CONDITION AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, ANY POSTAGE COSTS PAID FOR THE INITIAL PARCEL TO BE SENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR FINAL REFUND AND ONLY PRODUCTS WILL BE REFUNDED.
IF ANY PARCEL AFTER ATTEMPTED DELIVERY IS RETURNED OR IN ANY CASE REFUSED BY THE CUSTOMER, ANY CHARGES INCURRED FOR THIS RETURN WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUND GIVEN ONCE THE PARCEL HAS BEEN RETURNED TO US.
