Shipping policy

Standard delivery is 3-4 working days from time of placing order, all orders are sent by our nominated courier DPD, please ensure at checkout you input both email address and mobile as a point of contact for the courier to provide you as the customer with an hour time slot for delivery.

If you wish to track your order at any point please log into your account on the website where you will find all tracking information.

Once your order has been delivered it then becomes the responsibility of the customer.

We delivery to all Uk mainland and Northern Ireland postcodes, if any additional postage is required we will contact you according to pay any additional costs.

EXPRESS/NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY – if option is selected, orders placed before 12 noon Monday – Friday will be sent on a next day delivery service (this excludes Bank Holidays and weekends), some postcodes including Northern Ireland and UK highlands will take 2 days if this service is requested, the list of postcodes is below…
