Where do you ship to?

We currently ship throughout UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.

How much is delivery and which courier do you use?

Standard delivery for UK Mainland is £7.50 for the first box.

Orders requiring an additional box(s) are charged £8.50.

Standard delivery to Northern Ireland is £10.80.

We ship all orders with DPD, and full tracking details are sent via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Is there a minimum order value?

No — there is no minimum order requirement, so you are welcome to order as little or as much as you need.

Do you offer trade discounts?

Yes — our automatic trade discounts are applied at checkout once your order reaches the qualifying spend threshold.

  • Spend £75.00 → receive 5% off
  • Spend £125.00 → receive 8% off
  • Spend £175.00 → receive 10% off

This discount is applied automatically, so no code is required.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with Klarna and Clearpay for flexible payment options.

Do you have a store I can visit?

Yes — we do.

Monday–Thursday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 12:00pm

We also open on selected Saturdays throughout the year.

Any Saturday opening dates and times are announced on our website and social media in advance.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you are welcome to check out as a guest, so creating an account is not required.

Simply add your chosen items to your basket and proceed to checkout.

We will ask for your email address and phone number so we can send your order confirmation, invoice, and courier tracking updates.

Can I return unwanted items?

Yes — unwanted items can be returned in line with our returns policy.

When are your live sales?

We host Facebook Live sales every Thursday, where we showcase new arrivals, seasonal products, and exclusive offers.

Customers can comment during the live sale to reserve items, as well as continue shopping directly through the website.

I’m missing part of my delivery?

We send all consignments via DPD. Please refer to the labels on the boxes you have received, as these will show the total number of parcels sent, for example 1 of 2 or 2 of 2.

Occasionally, when parcels are scanned at your local DPD depot, they may be separated and loaded onto different delivery vehicles. For this reason, we kindly ask that you continue to monitor the tracking information provided until the end of the working day, as the remaining parcel(s) will still be out for delivery.

Should any additional parcel(s) still be outstanding after 24 hours, please contact us so that we can investigate the delivery with DPD on your behalf.
